Telephone interviews (CATI) are conducted worldwide in conjunction with specialized market research institutes. The coordination is supervised centrally by a web-based CATI-Log-in-System, which our international partners can log on to.

Online research is conducted in many countries in cooperation with specialized online panel institutes. Moreover, international online primary data collection of specific customer habits can be regionalized by our MB-Research experts.
